Ever since Bernie Ecclestone launched Formula One on its conquest of far-flung climes as distant from Europe as Jim Clark’s Lotus is from Lewis Hamilton’s McLaren, we have become used to visiting new architectural marvels from circuit designer Hermann Tilke.
