Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant in Parkroyal Hotel Kuala Lumpur is offering a fruity yee sang to usher in the Year of the Tiger, alongside eight other varieties — salmon, yellow fin, tuna, soft shell crab, Pacific clam, unagi , abalone and shark’s fin.
