As with most things, your lunch’s packaging is nice, but it’s what’s inside that really counts. “Lunch should provide a quarter to a third of the nutrition you need for your day,” says Wendy Kemp, a registered dietitian and licensed dietetic nutritionist with the Natick Visiting Nurse Association.
