Inocencio Directo Jr. says his love for cooking shows in the food he makes for Royal Club Cafe and An Elegant Affair Catering. Inocencio — also known as Junior — opened the Hemet business with Candy Directo, Kristina Lindhold, and Martha Baca early last year.
